About PSYCH-K®

PSYCH-K® is a straight-forward process that helps change limiting beliefs at the subconscious level allowing you to create and live the life you want. PSYCH-K® also:

  • reduces stress and releases trauma
  • helps discover the messages and beliefs behind disease, illness, allergies and phobias (for example, fear of flying or speaking in front of groups)
  • helps deal with grief and loss, and
  • helps change any of the negative childhood baggage we may be carrying around that affects our self-esteem, confidence, self-love, acceptance and worthiness – that is often at the very core of issues.

How does PSYCH-K® help people change subconscious beliefs?

Within minutes, limiting beliefs are replaced with empowering beliefs through a process called a balance. A balance integrates the left and right hemispheres of the brain, producing a receptive “whole-brain state” that dramatically reduces resistance to change in the subconscious mind. Using the power of the whole-brain state old negative tapes and programs are replaced with positive beliefs and perceptions.

How does PSYCH-K® communicate with the subconscious?

PSYCH-K® uses a specific type of muscle testing to check the subconscious for limiting beliefs or perceptions. Muscle testing is an extremely effective way to communicate with the subconscious because this part of the mind also controls motor functions such as movement.

When the subconscious is presented with a statement it believes to be false, it sends a delayed or disrupted neurological signal to the muscle being tested producing a weak muscle test. A statement that is aligned with the subconscious belief allows the muscle to remain strong. The muscle response demonstrates whether the subconscious is holding a particular belief.

Is the PSYCH-K® process safe?

In the PSYCH-K® process permission is requested from both the subconscious and superconscious minds to ensure the safety and appropriateness of proceeding with the belief change process.

How long does it take to change a belief?

Because balances utilise the whole brain, an old belief can be changed within minutes to a new life-enhancing one. The process is simple, direct and verifiable through muscle testing.

How quickly will I notice a change from a PSYCH-K® balance?

The results of a PSYCH-K® balance may be felt instantaneously or may evolve over time (hours, days, weeks or longer). For example, if your goal is to find a new job, you may feel the release of fear around changing jobs or of being unemployed at the time of the balance. However, acquiring a new job may take additional time and action as you may need to research new career opportunities and then go through an interview and selection process.

How long does a balance last?

Balances last until they are no longer useful to the subconscious mind or until you decide to balance for a new goal.

Life is an evolutionary process, so what you balance for at one time in your life may not be appropriate at another time.

Common Myths to Change

Think about your life and in particular, what ways has your life reflected other people’s beliefs? Did they have fears around money? Did they feel you have to work hard to make money? How about self-esteem? Maybe there are beliefs that you’re living in your life that you’d like to change but maybe you think that you’ve had them forever and therefore it will take a long time to change them.

Here are some common myths about change:

Myth #1

If you’ve had a belief for a long time it will take a long time to change it.
Fact:
Most of the time, changing subconscious beliefs is like changing a document in a computer. It doesn’t take any longer to change a document that has been in your computer for 30 years than it does one that has been there for 30 minutes.

Myth #2

Changing old behaviours and thought patterns is difficult and often painful.
Fact:
Thought patterns and behaviours are caused by perceptions (beliefs). Beliefs are represented by specific configurations of photons of light held in an electromagnetic field. Change the field and you change the belief. Change the belief and you change the behaviour or thought pattern.

Myth #3

You need to consciously know what caused the problem in order to change it.
Fact:
Becoming consciously aware of the source of the problem is seldom necessary to change most beliefs or behaviors when dealing with the subconscious mind.
